The CEO and Founder of Connect 2 Nursing Agency made the decision to leave his previous managerial position in an Aged Care facility in Toowoomba due to the challenging task of recruiting nurses. Despite his extensive experience in the industry, hiring nursing staff proved to be a difficult and time-consuming process.
